PO System

The Topline PO system is integrated to the inventory as well as the cross reference system. It allows you to order based on USAGE or MIN-MAX levels. POs can be run at ANY time of day and parts that are already on a PO will not be double ordered. The system has the ability to order from the cheapest source OR from a preferred vendor.

When making POs the system will automatically make multiple POs to different vendors using THEIR part numbers for ordering and then translating back to your part numbering system when receiving.
Support for FTP to Transparts is built in.

You can order for the entire inventory or just a subset of part numbers or categories.

The PO system is used to determine the daily build based on inventory levels for your own finished units.
